Musha is a marketplace that connects tenants with landlords and agents. Listings are created by landlords/agents directly, or ingested from public classifieds and later claimed by their owner. Musha does not own, inspect, or guarantee any property unless that specific listing carries the "Physically inspected" badge -- see the verification tier explainer on any listing for what each badge does and doesn't mean.
No viewing fees, ever
Genuine landlords and agents on Musha never require payment before a viewing. If any listing or conversation demands an upfront viewing fee, deposit, or "booking fee" outside the app, treat it as a scam and use the Report button on that listing immediately.
Off-platform conversations aren't covered
If you or the other party choose to move a conversation to WhatsApp, a phone call, or any channel outside Musha's in-app chat, Musha cannot see, moderate, or protect that conversation. Anything agreed there is between you and the other party directly.
Reviews and trust scores
Landlord trust scores and reviews are submitted by tenants who have an actual chat history with that landlord through Musha. They reflect individual tenant experiences, not an independent Musha inspection or credit check.
Payments
Where token purchases are enabled, payment processing is handled entirely by Payonify -- Musha never receives or stores your card, EcoCash, or OneMoney credentials.
No liability for user conduct
Musha provides tools (verification badges, escrow-style chat, reporting, moderation) to reduce scam risk, but cannot guarantee the conduct of any landlord, agent, or tenant. Use your own judgment, verify property details in person before paying anything, and report suspicious behaviour.
